Account Deletion

Delete via App (Recommended)

The easiest way to delete your account is through the MobiDNS app:

   Open MobiDNS App Launch the MobiDNS app on your Android device.

   Go to Settings Tap on the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen.

   Find "Delete Account" Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section and tap "Delete Account".

   Confirm with Password Enter your password to confirm the deletion.

Delete via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

   Send an Email Send an email to mobidns.com@gmail.com from the email address registered with your account.

   Include Your User ID In the email subject, write "Account Deletion Request" and include your User ID in the body.

   Wait for Confirmation Your account will be deleted within 7 business days. We will send a confirmation email.
